This page explains what happens to your email address when you join the ImproMIX waiting list. In short: it's used only to tell you about ImproMIX, and you can leave at any time.
Who is responsible
ImproMIX is made by Adrian, in Romania. For anything about your data, write to hello@getimpromix.com.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you sign up.
- When you signed up and confirmed, and your consent.
- Whether you open our emails and click their links, which the email service records.
This website sets no cookies and has no advertising scripts. To see how many people visit and how fast the pages load, it uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you or following you to other sites.
What we use it for
Only to send you an email when ImproMIX launches, and occasional short news about it. We never sell or share your address, and you'll never get emails about anything else.
The legal basis is your consent (GDPR article 6(1)(a)), which you give with the checkbox and confirm with the link in our first email.
Who handles it for us
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) stores the waiting list and sends the emails, inside the EU.
- Cloudflare hosts this website, counts visits (Web Analytics) and forwards emails sent to hello@getimpromix.com.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe, or until ImproMIX launches and you decide whether to try it. If ImproMIX doesn't go ahead, we'll tell you and delete the list.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe with the link at the bottom of every email. You can also ask us to show, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to hello@getimpromix.com. If you think we've handled your data wrongly, you can complain to your country's data protection authority (in Romania: ANSPDCP).
